Christopher CushionDental Brokers
The Firm

Independent. Selective. Quietly excellent.

Christopher Cushion Dental Brokers was founded on a single conviction: the most accomplished dental practices in Canada were being sold by brokerages built for volume, not stewardship. We are the alternative.

The Founder

Christopher Cushion

Christopher founded the firm after more than four decades advising owner-operators on high-stakes business transactions — sale-side deals, mergers, and successions across privately-held practices, multi-site operators, real estate, and premium consumer brands.

His edge sits at the intersection of three disciplines: business advising on valuation and structure, building and business design that commands premium multiples, and executive-level marketing and sales. A born salesman with the discipline of an advisor and the eye of a designer.

He works personally on every engagement. If you engage the firm, you engage Christopher.

"Most brokers measure themselves by the number of deals they close. I measure my year by how many clients call me first when their friend asks for a recommendation."

Our Principles

Four commitments. Every engagement. Without exception.

True independence

We do not own dental practices. We do not have preferred buyer relationships, hidden ownership stakes, or referral fees on either side. Our only revenue is the seller's success fee, paid only at closing.

Discretion as default

Every buyer signs an NDA before they see your practice name. Your team, patients, and competitors learn only what you choose, when you choose.

Selective engagement

We accept a limited number of files per year. If we cannot give your engagement the attention it requires, we will decline it — and recommend a colleague who can.

Stewardship, not transaction

We measure success not by the speed of the close but by the quality of the outcome — for the price, the practice, the staff, and the founder's legacy.

Begin

A first conversation — private, unhurried, and obligation-free.
